The Commis I – Indian Cuisine is responsible for preparing and assisting in the cooking of authentic Indian dishes while maintaining food quality, hygiene, and kitchen standards. The role supports the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations and ensures timely food preparation in accordance with hotel or restaurant standards.
