Job Overview
We are looking for performance-driven Google Ads professionals who can create high-converting campaigns, optimize ad performance, and drive business growth through paid advertising strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Monitor campaign KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, impressions, and conversions.
- Create compelling ad copies and coordinate with creative teams for ad assets.
- Implement remarketing and conversion tracking strategies using Google Analytics and GTM.
- Prepare campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Google Ads dashboard and campaign optimization.
- Knowledge of bidding strategies, keyword match types, and audience targeting.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion tracking tools.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in lead generation or e-commerce advertising preferred.
- Google Ads certifications are an added advantage.
- Intermediate and experienced candidates preferred; skilled freshers can also apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per hour
