Job Title: Centre Head
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Centre Head to oversee the daily operations of our facility. In this role, you will be the primary lead responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high service standards, and driving growth. You will manage staff, handle customer relations, and ensure the centre meets its financial and performance objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day centre activities, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to organizational policies and safety standards.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and motivate staff members to achieve individual and centre-wide performance goals.
- Customer Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for clients/parents. Resolve concerns promptly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the centre’s budget, track expenses, and implement strategies to drive revenue and ensure financial health.
- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, analyze operational data, and prepare reports to evaluate performance and suggest improvements.
- Compliance & Administration: Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate administrative records.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in centre management, operations, or a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead teams, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and staff.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace and experience using CRM or scheduling software is highly preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
