Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Merchandiser. The Merchandiser will oversee the end-to-end merchandising process, including coordinating with clients, managing orders, and maintaining relationships with suppliers. The role involves ensuring timely production and delivery, monitoring market trends, and assisting in showcasing products to clients and customers. The Merchandiser will also work closely
Responsibilities:
- Buyer communication and follow-ups
- Sampling coordination and approvals
- Production planning and tracking
- Fabric and trims coordination
- Vendor follow-up
- Quality control coordination
- Shipment planning and delivery tracking
- Costing understanding
- Handling export buyer requirements professionally
- Email marketing and buyer outreach for international clients
- Lead generation through email campaigns and follow-up communication
- Coordination for new buyer development and business expansion
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (especially English email communication)
- Experience with export orders from sampling to shipment
- Good follow-up and ownership mindset
- Ability to coordinate with production teams and vendors
- Knowledge of private label production is preferred
- Experience in email marketing, buyer outreach, and lead generation
- Based in Jaipur or willing to relocate
