Level: Analyst
As an Analyst, Technical Transformation in Deloitte Consulting’s AI & Engineering practice, you will support the delivery of Guidewire-focused technology solutions that help clients modernize core insurance platforms. You will work with project teams to configure, integrate, and enhance Guidewire applications while delivering high-quality work products within defined timelines. This role offers the opportunity to build technical depth, contribute to innovation, and support large-scale transformation programs across the insurance technology landscape.
Work you’ll do:
As an Analyst, Technical Transformation on the AI & Engineering team, you will be responsible for:
- Configure and integrate Guidewire applications using GOSU, web services, and XML.
- Support Guidewire platform upgrade activities, including development, testing, defect resolution, and documentation.
- Design and develop integration components and configuration solutions for PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter.
- Estimate work effort, track assigned deliverables, and maintain project documentation and delivery metrics.
- Contribute to process improvement, automation, knowledge sharing, and innovation initiatives across the project team.

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in Guidewire configuration or integration
- Experience with Guidewire platform upgrades
- Experience with GOSU, web services, and XML
- Experience configuring or integrating Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter
- Experience preparing estimates for technical work products
- Guidewire Specialist, ACE, or Cloud certification
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent degree
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Experience with CodeNarc or similar code quality tools
- Experience with current Guidewire Cloud versions
- Experience with Java or J2EE in Guidewire environments
