Key Responsibilities
- Daily Revenue Management: Reconcile daily revenue reports, including room revenue, Food & Beverage (F&B), banquets, and Point of Sale (POS) transactions.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage vendor payments, invoices, and follow-ups. Handle city ledger accounts and guest billing discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, and MIS reports.
- Compliance: Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances, ensuring compliance with local laws and hotel policies.
- Night Audit Support: Monitor and reconcile night audit reports, verifying daily posting accuracy.
- Cash Flow & Banking: Perform bank reconciliations, manage cash books, and process bank transfers.
- Inventory & Assets: Maintain fixed asset registers and assist with inventory verification. [1, 2, 3]
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Experience: 1–4 years of experience in accounting, with hotel industry experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software such as Tally Prime, ERP, or Hotel PMS.
- Key Competencies: High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to handle high-pressure deadlines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
