1. Brand Strategy & Vision
- Define and maintain the overall brand identity, tone, and positioning
- Ensure all creative output aligns with brand values and business goals
- Develop long-term branding strategies and campaigns
2. Creative Direction
- Lead the conceptualization of campaigns, photoshoots, videos, and designs
- Approve final creatives (graphics, reels, ads, website visuals, etc.)
- Maintain consistency in colors, fonts, style, and messaging
3. Team Leadership
- Manage designers, content creators, and marketing team
- Assign tasks and ensure timely delivery of creative projects
- Mentor team members and encourage innovation
4. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan branding campaigns for launches, events, and promotions
- Work closely with marketing/sales teams for impactful campaigns
- Ensure creatives are optimized for different platforms (social media, website, ads)
5. Content & Social Media Oversight
- Oversee social media content strategy (Instagram, reels, ads, etc.)
- Ensure content is engaging, trendy, and brand-aligned
- Review captions, visuals, and storytelling approach
6. Performance & Improvement
- Analyze campaign performance and engagement metrics
- Improve creatives based on insights and trends
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and competitor branding
7. Cross-Department Collaboration
- Coordinate with sales, HR, and operations for branding needs
- Support employer branding (hiring creatives, internal branding)
- Align branding with business objectives
8. Innovation & Trend Awareness
- Bring fresh ideas, concepts, and creative innovations
- Keep up with industry trends, reels formats, and viral content
- Experiment with new formats (AI creatives, motion graphics, etc.)
