Position: ITR Filing Executive
Location: Goregaon
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (Appearing or Cleared)
Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented ITR Filing Executive to handle Income Tax Return (ITR) preparation and filing for individual, partnership, LLP, and corporate clients. The candidate should possess good knowledge of direct taxation, tax compliance, and income tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, firms, LLPs, trusts, and companies.
- Compute taxable income, tax liabilities, and applicable deductions as per the Income Tax Act.
- Review financial statements, Form 16, Form 26AS, AIS, TIS, and other supporting documents.
- Handle income tax notices, assessments, and client queries.
- Assist in tax planning and advisory services for clients.
- Ensure timely compliance with tax filing deadlines.
- Coordinate with clients for collection of required documents and information.
- Reconcile tax data with books of accounts and statutory records.
- Stay updated with changes in direct tax laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of tax filings.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Income Tax Act and tax return filing procedures.
- Familiarity with the Income Tax Portal and tax filing software.
- Understanding of Form 16, Form 26AS, AIS, TDS, and advance tax provisions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in handling tax compliances for multiple clients.
- Exposure to income tax assessments and notice management.
- Knowledge of TDS compliance and GST will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
