Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice to management on corporate, commercial, labor, contractual, and regulatory matters.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and vet contracts, agreements, MOUs, NDAs, vendor contracts, and customer agreements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Handle legal notices, disputes, litigation, arbitration, and coordinate with external legal counsel when required.
- Advise on employment laws, disciplinary matters, and HR-related legal issues.
- Conduct legal due diligence for business transactions, partnerships, and acquisitions.
- Identify legal risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Maintain statutory records and ensure timely legal filings and regulatory submissions.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations and advise management on their impact.
- Support business teams in resolving legal issues related to operations, procurement, sales, finance, and administration.
- Protect the company's intellectual property, including trademarks, copyrights, and confidential information.
- Develop and update legal policies, compliance frameworks, and standard contract templates.
- Conduct legal awareness and compliance training for employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
- Enrollment with the relevant Bar Council.
- LL.M. or specialization in Corporate/Commercial Law is preferred.
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in corporate legal advisory, contract management, compliance, or litigation.
- Experience in the relevant industry is an advantage.

Working Conditions
- May require travel for court appearances, regulatory meetings, or business negotiations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
