CRM Roles & Responsibilities — Short
- Manage customer relationships and communication.
- Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM.
- Track leads, sales opportunities, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with sales and support teams.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
- Prepare CRM reports and analyze customer trends.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and improve customer retention.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
