Job Summary
The Head – Sales & Marketing is responsible for leading the Company's sales, marketing,
and business development functions to achieve revenue growth, strengthen brand presence,
and maximize customer acquisition. The role oversees sales operations, marketing strategies,
channel partner development, customer relationship management, and team leadership while
ensuring compliance with RERA and Company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Drive sales growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation to booking and handover.
Monitor sales performance, pricing, collections, and profitability.
Develop revenue forecasting models and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales
projections.
Develop and recommend pricing strategies for projects based on market trends,
competitor analysis, customer demand, and business objectives.
Monitor inventory movement and recommend pricing revisions to maximize revenue
and profitability.
Marketing & Branding
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, digital marketing,
exhibitions, and project launches.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize lead generation.
Enhance brand visibility and market presence.
Develop and implement the Company's overall marketing and brand strategy aligned
with business objectives.
Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, social
media, and offline channels.
Oversee SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies to improve website visibility
and organic lead generation.
Plan, monitor, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid digital campaigns
to maximize lead generation and return on investment (ROI).
Utilize AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms for lead generation,
customer engagement, campaign optimization, and performance analytics.
Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, conversion rates, and digital
marketing KPIs and implement continuous improvements.
Coordinate with creative agencies, digital marketing partners, and media vendors to
ensure consistent brand communication.
Team & Customer Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate the Sales & Marketing team.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, channel partners, brokers, and
corporate clients.
Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve escalations promptly.
Coordinate with Legal, CRM, Finance, and Project teams for seamless customer
service.
Market Analysis & Reporting
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, budgets, and performance reviews.
Provide strategic recommendations to Management.
Prepare revenue forecasts, sales projections, pricing analyses, and market intelligence
reports for Management.
Analyze marketing ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion ratios, and
campaign effectiveness to support business decisions.
Compliance
Ensure compliance with RERA, statutory requirements, and Company policies.
Develop and maintain SOPs and sales processes.
Public Relations (PR) & Corporate Communications
Develop and implement the Company's Public Relations (PR) strategy to strengthen
brand image and corporate reputation.
Maintain relationships with media houses, journalists, industry associations, brokers,
influencers, and business partners.
Coordinate press releases, media interactions, project launch events, exhibitions, and
corporate communications.
Manage the Company's online reputation and ensure consistent public messaging
across all platforms.
Support Management in crisis communication and reputation management whenever
required.
Ensure effective utilization and continuous improvement of CRM systems for lead
tracking, sales pipeline management, and customer lifecycle management.
Develop strategic alliances with financial institutions, referral partners, and
corporate clients to drive business growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related
field.
MBA in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred.
Experience
5–15 years of experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing.
Minimum 3 years in a leadership role.
Experience in residential and commercial real estate projects is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month (CTC), based on qualifications, experience, and
interview performance.
Performance Incentive: Eligible for a Performance-Linked Incentive (PLI) as per the
Company's Incentive Policy.
Benefits: Statutory benefits and other allowances as per Company policy.
Working Conditions
Full-time managerial position based at the Corporate Office and Project Sites.
Travel for client meetings, project launches, exhibitions, and business events as
required.
