Job Summary: Seeking a skilled Process Audit/SOP Audit Consultant to conduct comprehensive audits and standard operating procedure (SOP) audits for client organizations. Collaborate with stakeholders, identify improvement areas, and develop actionable recommendations for operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough audits of client processes and SOPs related to sales improvement, inventory optimization, employee optimization, and KPI/KRI establishment.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand requirements, objectives, and performance metrics.
- Analyze and evaluate existing processes and SOPs to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and execute audit plans within established timelines.
- Utilize audit methodologies, tools, and techniques to gather and analyze data, assess risks, and ensure compliance.
- Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather insights and validate process effectiveness.
- Recommend process improvements, efficiency enhancements, and cost-saving measures.
- Prepare clear and concise audit reports, summarizing findings, recommendations, and action plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance audit methodologies and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to clients during process implementation and post-implementation audits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience in process auditing, SOP auditing, or similar roles, preferably in management consulting.
- Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of sales improvement programs, inventory optimization, employee optimization, and KPI/KRI establishment.
- Proficiency in audit methodologies, techniques, and tools.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for process optimization and compliance.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
