Position: SCM Executive
Department: Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Experience Required: 1–4 Years
Salary: 25k -30k
Timing: 9:30 to 6:30
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented SCM Executive to manage and coordinate supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, vendor coordination, logistics, and dispatch activities. The candidate should ensure smooth material flow and timely delivery while maintaining cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations
* Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement
* Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock records
* Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
* Coordinate dispatch and transportation activities
* Maintain MIS reports, invoices, and documentation
* Ensure proper material planning and availability
* Handle communication between warehouse, production, and sales teams
* Negotiate with vendors for pricing and delivery schedules
* Resolve supply chain-related issues efficiently
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in B-Tech
* Good knowledge of procurement and inventory management
* Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
