Zipmerg Tuition is hiring a Telecaller – Tutor Recruitment Executive to onboard qualified tutors and match them with suitable tuition opportunities.
Key Responsibilities Call and verify tutor registrations Explain tuition opportunities to tutors Match tutors with suitable tuition requirements Coordinate tutor follow-ups and demo classes Maintain tutor records in CRM and Google Sheets Manage WhatsApp communication with tutors Build and maintain an active tutor network
Requirements Good English and Hindi communication skills Basic computer and internet knowledge Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets and Google Forms Telecalling, recruitment or customer support experience preferred Own laptop and smartphone with stable internet connection Self-disciplined and able to work independently from home
Working Hours Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
