Job Summary
Vedant Technologies is looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee the complete HR function, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of building a positive work culture while supporting the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Handle employee lifecycle management and HR documentation.
- Drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESI, POSH, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
- Develop and implement HR policies and processes.
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Prepare HR reports and support manpower planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree/MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, MSW (HR), or equivalent.
- 5–10 years of HR experience, preferably in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Industrial Automation.
