- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the Operation Theatre, ensuring adherence to NABH and infection control protocols.
- Plan OT schedules, allocate staff, and ensure the availability of equipment, instruments, and consumables.
- Lead, train, and monitor OT staff to maintain high standards of patient safety and quality care.
- Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, nursing teams, and support departments for smooth surgical procedures.
- Maintain OT documentation, inventory, quality indicators, and compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and maintain the Operation Theatre before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Sterilize, arrange, and handle surgical instruments, equipment, and OT supplies as per protocols.
- Assist surgeons and nursing staff during surgeries by providing required instruments and technical support.
- Ensure proper functioning of OT equipment and report any faults or maintenance requirements promptly.
- Follow infection control practices, biomedical waste management guidelines, and maintain accurate OT records.
Pay: ₹10,635.80 - ₹28,000.00 per month
