Process Coordinator – Legal Documentation is responsible for managing and coordinating legal documentation processes, maintaining records, ensuring timely follow-ups, and supporting smooth communication between internal departments and external stakeholders. The role requires strong coordination abilities, attention to detail, and basic Excel knowledge for maintaining reports and tracking documentation status

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage legal documentation processes and related activities.
- Maintain proper records and documentation files in physical and digital formats.
- Follow up regularly with internal teams, clients, vendors, and legal authorities for pending documents and approvals.
- Track document status and update reports on a daily basis.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports using MS Excel.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of legal documents before submission.
- Coordinate with different departments for collection and verification of required documents.
- Monitor timelines and ensure completion of documentation within deadlines.
- Handle communication through calls, emails, and meetings with stakeholders.
- Support process improvements for better documentation management and tracking.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in documentation, coordination, or backend operations preferred.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good organizational and record-keeping abilities.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in legal documentation, operations coordination, or administrative processes will be an added advantage.
