Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to leads and prospects from the provided sales data.
- Convert potential leads into clients by explaining products/services and addressing customer queries.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication to improve conversion rates.
- Collect feedback from existing clients regarding their experience, satisfaction, and requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, follow-ups, and feedback.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client conversion and relationship management.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Confident and professional approach while speaking with customers.
- Ability to handle customer conversations and build good relationships.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer handling.
- Target-oriented attitude with strong follow-up skills.
- Prior experience as a telecaller, telesales executive, or customer support representative will be preferred.
