Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production targets are achieved, maintain product quality, and improve operational efficiency. The candidate will manage manpower, machinery, materials, and production schedules while ensuring safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and minimum downtime.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
- Manage production staff, supervisors, and operators.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, warehouse, and procurement teams.
- Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Monitor raw material usage and production costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare production reports, MIS, and KPI analysis.
- Train and motivate employees for continuous improvement
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
