Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with student enquiries.
- Explain our study programs and schedule counselling appointments.
- Maintain regular follow-up with students and parents.
- Update enquiry details in the CRM or Excel.
- Work closely with the counselling team to achieve admission targets.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
- Confident, friendly, and persuasive communication.
- Freshers are welcome. Experience in telecalling or education counselling is an added advantage.
Salary
₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Pay: ₹8,879.68 - ₹15,000.00 per month
