We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Tele Caller to engage with prospective clients, generate interest in our projects, and support the sales team by scheduling qualified appointments and site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective and existing customers through outbound and inbound calls.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about projects and offerings.
- Follow up on leads and nurture prospects through regular communication.
- Schedule meetings/site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and customer engagement abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support will be preferred.
