• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written (Mandatory) • Candidates with experience with clients from International Development/Non-Profit sector are given much weightage • Candidates with proven experience in selling solutions and services related to Web CMS, Knowledge Management Platforms, and Grants Management Systems are preferred. • Proficient in telephone and selling skills • Target-oriented and comfortable with international client interactions • Exposure to US Sales or US outbound processes is advantageous • Understanding of IT and Software terminology and industry • Self-driven and motivated to achieve success in sales • ERP knowledge will be appreciated (not mandatory) • 7+ years of relevant experience required
