About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and confident teacher to lead our Communication and Public Speaking Skills program. The ideal candidate will have excellent command over English, strong phonics knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm for nurturing young speakers — from our youngest Kindergarten learners to Class 10 students.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured Communication and Public Speaking sessions to students from Kindergarten to Class 10
- Teach phonics, pronunciation, vocabulary, and spoken English fundamentals appropriate to each age group
- Build students' confidence through speech practice, storytelling, debates, and presentation exercises
- Track and report student progress, adapting teaching methods to support individual growth
- Create a supportive, encouraging classroom environment that helps students overcome stage fear
- Coordinate with the academic team on curriculum delivery, worksheets, and parent communication
- Participate in periodic training, planning, and review sessions
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent command over the English language (spoken and written)
- Strong working knowledge of phonics and pronunciation teaching methods
- Fluency in English communication
- Prior experience teaching children (Kindergarten to Class 10) preferred
- Confident public speaker with the ability to engage young audiences
- Patient, supportive, and genuinely passionate about student development
- Bachelor's degree (Education, English, Communication, or related field preferred)
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- Morning Shift: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- 8 hours per day
