About the Role
At Muziris Softech, we are leveraging over 20 years of retail domain expertise to transform into a product-led platform company. We are looking for a high-energy, proactive Product Manager to own the product life cycle end-to-end. In this mission-critical role, you will be the driving force behind converting legacy systems into scalable products that make retail truly effortless.
Core Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and own the product roadmap, translating the company vision into quarterly execution milestones.
- Lifecycle Management: Manage the product backlog, convert requirements into clear user stories, and ensure a ready-to-execute pipeline for development teams.
- Release & Execution: Plan release cycles and production roll-outs while maintaining predictability in delivery schedules and quality.
- Productization: Convert client-specific custom solutions and legacy systems into standardized, reusable, and scalable product features.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the "intelligent bridge" between Engineering, QA, Sales, and Support to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
- KPI & Performance: Define Product KRAs and KPIs to measure feature adoption, usage patterns, and overall business impact.
What We Are Looking For
- Core Experience: 5–10 years in Product Management with a proven track record of delivering products from ideation to production.
- ERP/Enterprise Expertise: Strong exposure to complex, multi-module ERP systems or large-scale enterprise platforms is critical.
- Productization Skills: Proven ability to take 0 → 1 concepts through MVP and scale legacy implementations into structured products.
- Technical Foundation: An Engineering degree or a strong technical foundation with the ability to understand system architecture and APIs.
- Strategic Thinking: A structured thinker who can simplify complex problems and prioritize features based on scalability and impact
