Business Development Associate ( Accommodation Provided, English and Hindi Speaking)
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to support the growth of our Water Treatment and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) solutions business. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be customer-focused, and capable of generating and managing business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, referrals, and field visits.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, builders, and facility management companies.
- Present company products and solutions to prospective customers.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for proposals and project requirements.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and business presentations.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM or sales reports regularly.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and business events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or Customer Relations.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Water Treatment, HVAC, Construction, MEP, Facility Management, or Industrial Sales is an advantage.
- Negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
