Role Description The Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for creating visual concepts and designs for marketing materials, property brochures, digital campaigns, presentations, and branding assets. The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and project teams to translate project concepts into compelling visual narratives. Daily tasks include developing layouts, selecting imagery, preparing artwork for print and digital use, and ensuring brand consistency across all design outputs. The role also involves refining designs based on feedback, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Strong graphic design skills, including layout design, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and related tools).
- Experience creating print-ready artwork and digital assets for web, social media, and presentations.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Prior experience in real estate, architecture, or interior design sectors is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of design work across print and digital media.
