Job Description
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller cum admin to handle outbound and inbound calls, promote our services, and maintain positive customer relationships. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Handle inbound customer queries professionally
- Explain products/services and generate leads
- Maintain call records and customer details
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Any Degree
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of computers and smartphones
- Prior telecalling or office admin experience is an advantage
