Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager - Power Plant, based in Gummidipoondi. The role involves managing power plant operations, overseeing power generation processes, providing leadership to the team, and supervising plant activities. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for project management tasks related to optimizing efficiency, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, and achieving production goals.
Qualifications
- 10+ years Experience in steel or metal manufacturing industries is a strong advantage
- Strong Supervisory Skills and Team Leadership experience
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Power Generation and Power Plant operations
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and resource allocation
- Proven ability to manage teams effectively in a dynamic and challenging environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- ITI/ Diploma/ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, or Power Engineering or a related field
- Familiarity with industrial safety and environmental compliance standards
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
