Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage our online presence, digital campaigns, social media activities, and brand promotion. The ideal candidate should have experience in social media management, content creation, digital campaigns, and marketing strategies.
Candidates with knowledge of AI tools for content creation and marketing automation will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media and online platforms.
- Manage company social media accounts including LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Create engaging content for posts, reels, banners, blogs, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop content calendars and manage regular posting schedules.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and external agencies.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools.
- Generate reports and provide insights to improve marketing performance.
- Support SEO, content marketing, and online brand-building activities.
- Conduct market research and stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, Gemini, or similar tools to improve content creation and productivity.
- Handle email marketing, basic documentation, and marketing coordination activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with content creation and social media management.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising.
- Experience with Canva or other design tools.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Google Ads / Meta Ads.
- Knowledge of SEO tools and marketing analytics.
- Experience with AI-based marketing tools.
- Basic video editing skills (Reels/Short videos).
- Experience in B2B or brand marketing will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
