The Guest Outreach Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end guest lifecycle. The role involves identifying and securing culturally and strategically relevant guests, managing all communication and coordination, and ensuring a seamless, professional experience before, during, and after the podcast episode.
This role operates at the intersection of PR strategy, talent relations, and execution and plays a critical role in maintaining the show's reputation and long-term relationships with high-profile guests and their teams. Responsibilities: Strategic Guest Identification and Approval Readiness.
Outreach Ownership and Guest Closures. Pre-Podcast Coordination and Stakeholder Alignment. Guest Experience and Shoot-Day Management. Post-Episode Coordination. Relationship and Reputation Management. Data Integrity, Tracking, and Reporting Discipline. Ownership, Judgment, and Accountability.
Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and Telugu).
Excellent research and organizational abilities.
Professional email etiquette and stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail and follow-through.
Understanding of podcasting, media, and influencer ecosystems.
Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
Working knowledge of Google Workspace and CRM/tracking tools.
Experience and Eligibility:
1-2 years of experience in PR, talent outreach, media, podcasting, journalism, or event coordination.
Experience working with influencers, creators, founders, or public figures is preferred.
Freshers with relevant internships and a strong execution mindset may be considered.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in mass media, communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
