Roopam Steel is a global manufacturer, stockist, and exporter of Stainless Steel, Duplex, Nickel Alloy, and Exotic Grade Tubular & Piping Products.
Looking for an experienced and result-driven Export Sales Manager with strong expertise in international sales within the metal industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Expansion
- Identify, develop, and penetrate emerging international markets for stainless steel and nickel alloy products.
2. Technical Advisory
- Provide expert-level understanding and guidance on Stainless Steel grades (300/400 series), Nickel Alloys, and ASTM standards.
- Assist clients with technical product recommendations based on industry applications and project requirements.
3. Revenue Growth
- Drive export sales growth and achieve aggressive annual revenue and volume targets.
4. Pipeline Management
- Source, qualify, and convert high-value international leads through market research, networking, trade platforms, exhibitions, and existing industry connections.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-ups with prospective clients.
5. Contract Negotiation
- Lead pricing discussions, commercial negotiations, and finalize complex international contracts while ensuring profitability and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order execution, logistics, and documentation.
6. Client Retention
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with global distributors, EPC companies, contractors, and industrial buyers.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through consistent communication, support, and timely resolution of client requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience in Export Sales / International Business Development within the Metal, Stainless Steel, or Alloy industry.
- Strong understanding of export documentation, international trade practices, Incoterms, and logistics coordination.
- Existing network of international buyers/distributors will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
