Position: Consultant Dermatologist
Clinic: Luna Skin & Aesthetics
Locations: Coimbatore – Saibaba Colony

Luna Skin & Aesthetics is a modern dermatology and aesthetic clinic focused on providing personalized, evidence-based skin, hair, and aesthetic treatments with a strong emphasis on patient safety and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed dermatological consultations and skin assessments.
- Diagnose and manage common and complex skin, hair, and nail conditions.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
- Perform and supervise aesthetic dermatology procedures.
- Provide treatments such as chemical peels, acne and acne-scar management, pigmentation treatments, anti-aging procedures, hair-loss management, and other appropriate aesthetic procedures.
- Evaluate patients for laser and energy-based treatments and ensure appropriate treatment protocols.
- Perform minor dermatological procedures where required.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, consent forms, and follow-up details.
- Monitor treatment outcomes and provide appropriate follow-up care.
- Educate patients regarding skincare, treatment expectations, aftercare, and preventive skin health.
- Ensure strict adherence to clinical protocols, infection-control standards, and patient-safety guidelines.
- Work closely with therapists and clinic staff to ensure smooth patient care and service delivery.
- Stay updated with current dermatology and aesthetic treatment protocols, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements
- MBBS with MD/DNB in Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy (or equivalent recognized qualification).
- Valid medical registration.
- Experience in clinical dermatology and/or aesthetic dermatology preferred.
- Good knowledge of lasers, aesthetic procedures, skincare, and hair treatments will be an added advantage.
- Strong clinical judgment and patient-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, ethical, patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
