About Us
SRI BASKI ENTERPRISES is a growing company specializing in Fire Fighting Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, Hydrant Systems, Sprinkler Systems, Fire Safety Compliance, and MEP Projects. We actively participate in Government tenders and are looking for an experienced Tender Executive to strengthen our tendering team.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Search and monitor Government tenders on GeM, CPPP, Bihar e-Procurement Portal, BCD, PHED, RWD, UDHD, CPWD, Railways, BSNL and other Government portals.
- Study tender documents, NIT, BOQ, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and bid conditions.
- Prepare and submit Technical Bids and Financial Bids (BOQ).
- Upload tenders on Government e-procurement portals using Digital Signature Certificate (DSC).
- Prepare affidavits, declarations, compliance statements, authorization letters, and other tender documents.
- Coordinate with OEMs for authorization letters, technical datasheets, product catalogues, and compliance certificates.
- Coordinate with management for BOQ pricing and cost estimation.
- Maintain an organized database of company documents, registrations, certificates, and work experience records.
- Track bid status, corrigendums, pre-bid meetings, LOA, Work Orders, Agreements, and Performance Security requirements.
- Support project documentation, billing, completion certificates, and payment follow-up after award.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Government E-Tendering.
- Good knowledge of GeM, CPPP, and Bihar e-Procurement Portal.
- Experience with BCD, PHED, PWD, Railways, BSNL, or other Government departments will be preferred.
- Good understanding of BOQ preparation and tender documentation.
- Knowledge of Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, MEP, Electrical, or Civil projects is preferred.
- Experience in handling OEM authorization documents.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PDF editing, and documentation.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tender submission deadlines.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Fire Engineering will be an added advantage.
