The F&B Steward is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests by ensuring prompt, courteous, and professional service. The steward maintains cleanliness, prepares tables, serves food and beverages, and ensures guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus and explain food and beverage items when required.
- Take guest orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages according to hotel service standards.
- Ensure tables are properly set before service and cleared after guests leave.
- Refill water, beverages, and other guest requirements promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, service stations, and dining areas.
- Handle guest complaints politely and report major issues to the supervisor.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Assist in buffet setup, banquets, and special events.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
- Process bills and assist guests with payment procedures when required.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and promotions.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of crockery, cutlery, and glassware.
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or Diploma in Hotel Management.
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
