We are looking for a proactive Channel Sales Executive to strengthen channel partner relationships and drive customer visits through referral networks.
Role Overview
The Channel Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and managing channel partner relationships, generating qualified site visits, coordinating referral activities, and supporting project sales through partner-driven business generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
- Conduct regular channel partner meetings and engagement activities.
- Generate site visits through channel partner networks.
- Plan and execute channel partner activation initiatives.
- Coordinate referral generation activities.
- Conduct customer follow-up calls and engagement activities.
- Support marketing activities and project promotions.
- Identify new channel partner opportunities.
- Maintain records of partner interactions and lead sources.
- Work closely with sales and closing teams to maximize conversions.
Mandatory Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in channel sales, real estate sales, business development, or relationship management.
- Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Kannada and Hindi understanding preferred.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset.
Preferred Requirements
- Existing channel partner network.
- Experience in real estate channel sales.
- Understanding of residential property sales.
Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹4 - ₹8 LPA
