- Welcome guests warmly within 10 seconds.
- Explain menu, offers, combos, and promotions.
- Recommend upselling items.
- Assist guests with menu selections.
- Ensure positive guest experience.
- Handle special requests professionally.
- Build repeat customer relationships.
2. Order Taking & POS Management
- Take accurate orders.
- Enter orders correctly into POS.
- Process cash, UPI, card payments.
- Maintain billing accuracy.
- Verify order modifications.
3. Peak Hour Operations
- Manage rush hours efficiently.
- Coordinate with kitchen.
- Deliver food within service standards.
- Minimize guest waiting time.
- Handle multiple tables/customers simultaneously.
4. Guest Complaint & Grievance Handling
- Listen actively.
- Apologize professionally.
- Resolve issues immediately.
- Escalate major concerns to manager.
- Record guest complaints.
5. Sales & Upselling
- Promote add-ons and combos.
- Increase average bill value.
- Suggest beverages, desserts, sides.
6. Outlet Cleanliness & Hygiene
- Clean tables immediately after use.
- Maintain dining area cleanliness.
- Ensure washrooms are clean.
- Follow HACCP and FSSAI standards.
- Perform opening and closing cleaning.
7. Stock Monitoring
- Monitor service stocks.
- Refill sauces, tissues, packaging.
- Conduct daily stock checks.
- Report shortages.
8. Inventory & Asset Care
- Proper use of equipment.
- Prevent breakage.
- Report damages immediately.
9. Reporting & Documentation
- Daily sales report.
- Shift handover report.
- Complaint register.
- Cleaning checklist.
- Stock consumption report.
10. Teamwork & Discipline
- Attend briefings.
- Support colleagues during rush hours.
- Maintain grooming standards.
- Follow SOPs.
Pay: ₹8,685.83 - ₹18,000.00 per month
