HEALTH DUKAAN MEDICINE EXPRESS is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our market presence, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong, lasting relationships with clients in the field. This role requires extensive travel within the designated territory and a commitment to achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily field visits to engage with potential and existing clients.
Present, promote, and sell company products/services to prospective customers.
Develop and implement effective strategies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
Provide regular reports to management regarding territory performance and sales progress.
Qualifications
Education: Minimum [10th/12th/Bachelor’s Degree] qualification.
Experience: Proven experience in field sales or a related customer-facing role is preferred (freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply).
Technical Requirements: Must possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable two-wheeler/vehicle.
Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
