Key Responsibilities:
- Source and generate business for secured term loans, including corporate loans and retail LAP (Loan Against Property) term loans.
- Acquire and convert leads into active loan disbursements
- Ensure consistent flow of high-quality loan proposals
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth processing of files
- Maintain a strong and active pipeline of business opportunities
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets
- Assist in timely collection of dues and effective recovery of outstanding payments Required.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in NBFC / Banking / DSA loan sales
- Strong understanding of loan products, credit evaluation, and lending processes
- Must have experience in Corporate Loan and LAP / Secured Loan sourcing
- Established network of borrowers, DSAs, and market connectors preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating business
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
