Project Supervision:
- Manage and supervise all phases of interior design and renovation projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with designers, workers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Procurement:
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality materials, fixtures, and furnishings.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
- Manage procurement budgets and ensure cost-effective procurement of materials and resources.
- Track and maintain inventory of materials and ensure availability for ongoing projects.
Quality Control:
- Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Inspect and approve materials, fixtures, and workmanship to ensure they meet project specifications and design standards.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including procurement records, project progress reports, and any change orders.
- Prepare regular reports for management on project status, costs, and procurement updates.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with interior designers and other project team members to ensure design intent is met and maintained.
- Facilitate effective communication with project manager to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
It's completely a field work job.
Good in taking measurements and site masking
Candidate has to go to the site and monitor the work and co ordinate.
Two-wheeler is mandatory
