Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and apply architectural and engineering drawings, specifications and schedules on site
- Set out and verify levels, positions and dimensions using surveying equipment
- Monitor construction activities daily to confirm compliance with design, quality and safety standards
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to resolve on-site technical issues
- Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports, technical queries and as-built drawings
- Conduct quality inspections and testing and manage resolution of any non-conformances
- Support the Project Manager with programme tracking, resource planning and progress reporting
- Enforce site safety procedures and participate in regular safety briefings and audits
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a site engineering or construction supervision role
- Working knowledge of construction methods, materials and technical drawings
- Proficiency with surveying equipment (total station, GPS/GNSS) and AutoCAD or similar software
- Willingness and ability to work on an active construction site, including exposure to outdoor conditions and use of PPE
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
