Shift: US Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident professionals to join our International Sales team. In this role, you will interact with business clients in the US, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable digital solutions while building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential US-based business clients through outbound calls.
- Understand client requirements and introduce suitable digital solutions.
- Present service offerings professionally and answer client queries.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Negotiate pricing and assist clients throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM.
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
- Consistently achieve individual and team performance targets.
Eligibility
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in International Sales, Website Sales, or Voice Process is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.
