We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter/Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment across corporate, plant, and operations roles. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures while maintaining compliance and company hiring standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and plant roles
Source candidates via job portals, referrals, consultants, and networking
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with department heads
Manage offer letters, documentation, and joining formalities
Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and candidate database
Support employer branding and campus/drive hiring initiatives
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate/Post Graduate in HR or related field
2–5 years of recruitment experience (manufacturing/energy/sugar industry preferred)
Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
Familiarity with labour laws and HR compliance is an advantage
