Ltd. is a fast-growing infrastructure company engaged in execution of Water Supply, Sewerage, STP, WTP, Intake Well, Pumping Station and other Environmental Engineering Projects across India. The company specializes in Government and Semi-Government turnkey projects.
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Tender / Bid Submission Executive with strong exposure in Government tendering processes in water and wastewater projects.
Key Responsibilities1. Tender Identification & Tracking
- Regularly monitor Government portals such as:
- Central Public Procurement Portal
- Government e-Marketplace
- Gujarat e-Procurement Portal
- Other State e-Procurement Portals & departmental websites
- Identify suitable tenders related to Water Supply, Sewerage, STP, WTP, Intake Well, Pumping Station, and allied infrastructure projects.
- Maintain tender tracking MIS and submission calendar.
2. Tender Document Analysis & Summary
- Thoroughly read and interpret NIT, ITB, GCC, SCC, BOQ, Technical Specifications, Drawings, and PQ Criteria.
- Prepare detailed Gist / Tender Summary including:
- Eligibility criteria
- Technical requirements
- Financial criteria
- EMD & Tender Fees
- Key risk clauses
- Completion timelines
- Assist management in Bid / No-Bid decision making with risk analysis and opportunity assessment.
3. Bid Preparation & Documentation
- Prepare complete Technical and Commercial Bid documents.
- Compile and verify:
- Pre-qualification documents
- Work completion certificates
- Financial documents (Turnover, CA Certificates, Solvency, etc.)
- Affidavits & Undertakings
- Joint Venture / Consortium documentation (if applicable)
- Ensure strict compliance with tender conditions and checklists.
- Coordinate with technical, finance, and project departments for inputs.
4. Online Bid Submission
- Hands-on experience in online submission on various Government portals.
- Uploading of documents, BOQ submission, Digital Signature usage.
- Preparation of physical submissions (if required).
- Attending Pre-Bid meetings and preparing pre-bid queries.
- Ensuring timely submission before deadline.
5. Contractual & Regulatory Compliance
- Strong knowledge of Government contractual rules.
- Familiarity with:
- EMD, BG, Performance Security requirements
- Arbitration clauses
- LD clauses
- Payment terms
- Understanding of CPWD, State PWD, PHED, GWSSB, Municipal Corporations, and similar bodies’ tender norms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Civil / Mechanical Engineering preferred)
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Government Tendering for Water & Wastewater Projects.
- Experience working with EPC / Infrastructure Companies is mandatory.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Excellent drafting and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF editing tools).
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong compliance mindset.
- Experience in handling multiple tenders simultaneously.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in STP, WTP, Sewerage, Intake Well, Pumping Station projects.
- Exposure to multi-crore Government infrastructure tenders.
- Knowledge of e-reverse auction process (if applicable).
