Level: Consultant or equivalent
As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you'll do
As a Consultant, Functional Transformation on the Enterprise Operations Portfolio team, you will be responsible for supporting SAP finance process and solution delivery across transformation engagements.
- Facilitate current-state and future-state process discussions and document business requirements across finance workstreams
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, configuration documents, and SAP solution designs
- Configure and support SAP finance processes, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, banking, cost accounting, and profitability analysis
- Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and post-implementation activities to help deliver stable and sustainable solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to align business processes, system design, and project deliverables

Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai
Shift Timings: 24x7 rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per business requirements
Qualifications
Required:
- 3-6 years of industry experience delivering SAP finance projects
- Experience with SAP Product Costing, Financial Supply Chain Management, Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable, Public Sector Collection and Disbursement, and Financial Services Collections and Disbursements
- Experience with New General Ledger, segment reporting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, banking, cost center accounting, cost element accounting, and internal orders
- Experience with asset accounting, profitability analysis, cash management, treasury, project systems, and investment management
- Experience facilitating blueprint workshops, mapping business processes, and translating requirements into SAP functional and configuration documents
- Experience implementing SAP solutions in production environments
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent degree from an accredited university
Preferred:
- Experience on end-to-end SAP implementation programs
- Experience supporting cross-process finance transformation initiatives
- SAP certification
