Job Summary
As a Project Manager at Beeyond Tech, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, teams remain aligned, clients stay informed, and execution happens smoothly across both our agency and Orbit.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to chaos, solving problems proactively, and taking complete ownership of project execution.
Responsibilities
1.Project Management:
- Manage multiple web, mobile, and software development projects simultaneously.
- Create project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Conduct daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
- Ensure timely project delivery.
- Track progress and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
2. Client Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Conduct project meetings and share regular progress updates.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to internal teams.
- Handle change requests and manage expectations.
3.Team Coordination
- Coordinate between developers, designers, QA, and management.
- Assign tasks and monitor execution.
- Ensure accountability across the team.
- Follow up until tasks are completed.
4.Orbit Product Operations
- Coordinate product development for Orbit.
- Track feature releases and internal testing.
- Work closely with the founder on product execution.
- Maintain product documentation and release plans.
5.Documentation & Processes
- Maintain project documentation.
- Prepare meeting notes and action items.
- Create and improve SOPs.
- Keep ClickUp/Jira updated.
Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Experience managing software or web development projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Strong ownership mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to make decisions independently when required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ClickUp, Jira, Notion, Asana, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX and software development.
- Experience working with SaaS products is a plus.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
