Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote products or services.
- Handle inbound calls, addressing customer queries, complaints, and providing accurate information.
- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication to nurture relationships.
- Record customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up requirements.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales or lead generation targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques.
Pay: ₹8,497.60 - ₹15,000.00 per month
