Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
Promote diagnostic services (lab tests, imaging, health packages) to referring doctors.
Regularly visit doctors to explain new tests, technologies, and service benefits.
Generate and track patient referrals from doctors and healthcare institutions.
Ensure high levels of doctor satisfaction through timely service coordination.
Coordinate with internal teams (lab, radiology, front office) for smooth patient handling.
Organize CME programs, medical camps, and awareness activities.
Maintain a database of doctors and track referral trends.
Collect feedback from doctors and suggest improvements in services.
Achieve monthly/quarterly referral and revenue targets.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, or Business Administration).
Experience in healthcare marketing / pharma sales / diagnostic marketing preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
