Experience in It Recruitment/Non IT recruitment/talent acquisition
Experience working with recruitment consultancies preferred
Drive end-to-end recruitment with a closure mindset — not just coordination
Deliver quality profiles within strict TATs (speed + accuracy is non-negotiable)
Aggressively source via LinkedIn, job portals, headhunting, and networking
Build strong candidate pipelines for bulk & niche roles
Maintain daily activity metrics: calls, submissions, interviews, closures
Ensure strong follow-ups, offer conversions, and joining ratios
Work closely with clients/stakeholders to close positions fast
