Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, and referral partners
- Conduct field visits and generate patient footfall
- Organize health camps, OPD drives, and community outreach programs
- Promote hospital services, specialties, and wellness packages
- Maintain and track referral databases and lead conversions
- Support corporate wellness programs and empanelment activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Healthcare (MBA preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare/hospital marketing
- Strong communication, field coordination & relationship-building skills
- Proficient in MS Office & reporting
- Must be goal-oriented and self-driven
