Key Responsibilities: • Identify and prospect potential clients requiring PCB design services (OEMs, EMS, startups, design houses). • Execute outbound sales through LinkedIn, email outreach, calls, and referrals. • Conduct discovery calls to understand technical requirements, timelines, and budgets. • Coordinate with internal engineering teams to prepare technical proposals and estimates. • Handle client communication, objections, and commercial negotiations. • Close deals and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams. • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools. • Provide weekly updates on leads, pipeline, and closures.
